What happens when people want to create 'a storm inside a glass of water', as the expression says ?

Well...

A bunch of people can choose to complain and go crazy about how the government uses people's money... They can formulate all sorts of arguments for or against certain people's rights to do this or that...

Or...

A bunch of people can go dumb and see horrible conspiracies and ''super-duper hidden messages'' of nationalism and hate from a newly appointed political figure wearing a 'fleur de lys' in the middle of a coquelicot. -_-

Dear gods and hells do some people have time to waste... Incredible.

Also, ''apparently'' you do NOT have the right to put ANYTHING in the middle of the coquelicot, or else it's a grave insult to the Legion and the military and etc-etc-etc...

Really... this ''issue'' is so dumb, and of little importance, yet inflated to weird proportion by some people that it's kinda funny, if you think about it.

Anyway.
